BRIDGEPORT -- A favorite Fairmont barbecue restaurant closed late last year, and is now reincarnated in Harrison County.

Ralphie's Barbecue and Seafood Shack is celebrating its grand opening this month.

The restaurant features pit pork and ham and authentic Maryland Crabcakes.

Owners say they are proud to be serving the same Ralphie's recipes that dazzled taste buds in Fairmont.

“We are thrilled to be back in business again,” said Ralph Smith. “When we closed Ralphie's down, we were out of business for about four months, and just to have our food back out here for the people in Fairmont and Bridgeport again is a thrill for us, it really is.”

The restaurant is open Monday through Saturday, 11 a.m. until 7 p.m., and is available for take-out and delivery.

If addresses are given, then every restaurant in the county would want the free publicity for their restaurant. WBOY provides the name and type of food served. You can find the location

Saw it today on Rt. 50 out of Bport at the intersection of Charles Point Road, right before Joseph's Nursery coming from Bridgeport.

A rudimentary rule of journalism is the 5 W's: who, what, when, WHERE, why. Where's the WHERE in this story?
