Hum I do not know this person, is not a friend, or family member. Just tired of people coming out here, judging others all the time, when they know nothing about them, except whats on the news. I am sure, that we all have done something wrong, and just never got caught at it, maybe not what he has is said to have done, a lot smaller I hope. In any case, you would not want someone talking about this the way some have because they have no life, other then to judge others. And to "The PUN" it's just that ! I don't take med, nor do I need them. But, I like the attention you give me daily out here. SO A BIG THANK YOU to "THE PUNISER" I enjoy your attention given to me, so please give me more today, I am feeling only. LOL

Wow! A lot of venom out there! First of all, no one would have known this man had any children, let alone a boy and a girl. If Close Friend hadn't mentioned it first. Sometimes friends and family mean well, but they give out to much info.

To "Cranky" Rob...try to relax! No matter how you look it, your friend/family kinda gave away his right to privacy when he robbed the bank the first time. I think that sorta already makes him a criminal. All of his actions became public record, for eveyone to read, the first time he was arrested and convicted.

What is sad is that there are children involved and he could not man up to be a good, strong, honest male role model. I have a little trouble with the fact that he has, in the past, felt he was entitled to other peoples belongings, no matter how he had to get them.

Let me tell you this, "THE PUNISHER" you have no idea what you are even talking about. I am one WEST VIRGINIA's nice people...ONE AND FAR BETWEEN. Now lets get something str8 if you think that you are so much better then me, or this guy. Why don't you get a real job, go to work do your work and not look at porn on the web...now we all know that just by your name, you lack common sence. Well, okay now. Here is another person out judgeing someone like all the other's. Boy if WV, was so any better, we would have millions of people flocking to the state. Rowan, give me a break. Do you have children?, do you work a 40 hour work week, or more? Are you educated? Are you GOD? Are you a JUDGE? if you can answer YES to any of these question I pose to you, HOW STUPID ARE YOU !

The kids are in great hands, leave them out of it, you had NO RIGHT TO GO THERE. They have every right to know who their father is, and he is a great father who happened to get mixed in with the wrong crowd. He made his decisions, and we don't know why he did it. It's between He and God now, WE ARE NOT THE ONES TO JUDGE, IT'S NOT OUR PLACE. You can say what you want, it's a free country. Just don't EVER say anything about those kids. They're going to end up doing better than half the people in WV, I swear to it!

ok so in 2004 he robbed a bank,now its 2010 and he is out runnning around to do it again, does that not seem like a sshort time for bank robbery, , dillinger would be proud .. oh and i am sure his non-parenting momma is too. and close friend,, if you were anykind of a friend, you could of headed this off,, id tell your niece and nepwhew that you have no idea who this guy is, poor kids, wonder where they will land in life,

Well, Well, people of WV. You once again thank you are so much better then everyone else. You rush to judgment, and you yourself know it. Day after Day people come out here these boards and post, things about people being in trouble with the law. SO WHEN IS IT THAT YOU ARE THE MAKER, AND JUDGE? You sit back in your chair and judge people for what they do...how would you feel if we took a camera, and followed you around for a year, and you didn't know it. Would you do something wrong, ANYTHING WRONG? I really like that people of this State think they are so much better then others.

There are several people that have done time, IN WV paid there time, and have STAYED out of trouble. SO you see, the one's sitting in judgment of others NOT everyone is bad, NOT everyone get's a slap on the hand. And for the one's that post things like "YOUR MOM MUST BE BUSTING WITH PRIDE" WELL, I am just so sure that your mom is too. YOU ALL ACT LIKE YOU HAVE NEVER DONE ANYTHING WRONG AND YOU KNOW THAT YOU HAVE...YOU JUST HAVEN'T BE CAUGHT. SO THANK ABOUT THAT !!!!!!!!!! I AM READY TO TAKE ON ANYONE....

It's such a shame. He's really such a great guy and I can't believe this happened. He's like a brother to me and the father of my niece and nephew. He's better than that, he really is. Prayers with him, he needs God now more than ever.

Wondering, I have a number for a really good eye doctor. If not him then his twin. There is a show on tv I believe it is called "The Worlds Stupidest Criminals", well I think we have a winner!!! Kuodos to the BB&T for having quaility video equipment. The problem is, once he gets into the legal system he will probably just get a slap on the hand. But maybe he could spend his lock down time to come up with a better plan. After all the 3rd time is the charm. We could start a fund raiser for the poor fella and pay for a "stupid tat" for his forehead! Maybe he just feels that it is better in prison, after all u get 3 square, a roof over your head, a bed to sleep in, basketball court, cable tv, weight rooms, games rooms and etc. While us poor honest suckers are out here bustin' our humps to eke out a living!

There was a picture of the bank robber on WDTV.com from the surveillance camera. This looks like the same guy (minus the tabogan).

does not fit the description but I guess he could have shaved , no must. or gotee. wonder if they picked him because of prior record or had a lead ?? Just wondering.
