WINTERSVILLE, Ohio -- After Wednesday's high winds rolled through the northern panhandle, thousands of residents are left without power, resulting in no heat for the cold, winter night.
The American Red Cross at 81 Talbott Drive in Wintersville will be open throughout the night, according to spokesman Ronnie Stillwagon.
Other shelters in Jefferson County include: Wintersville Fire Department on Luray Drive and Bergholz Fire Department on Second Street.
If you would like more information on the shelter, call 740-264-7244.
