Wheeling -- On Tuesday, Nov. 10, students who attend Triadelphia Middle School are invited to bring a veteran or current military personnel to a luncheon from 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the media center.

The event is sponsored by the school's Builders Club, a public service organization.

Applebee's will provide food for the event, and the Wheeling Symphony Society will give each veteran two tickets to an upcoming performance.

Triadelphia's chorus will perform under the direction of Joyce Jingle at the program.

Principal Walt Saunders, who is a veteran, will read a letter from Brad Sorge, a Triadelphia Middle School social studies teacher who is currently serving overseas in the U.S. Navy Customs Battalion.

School Officials will riase an American flag sent by Sorge and the TMS band will play patriotic music at the convlusion of the event.
