Dustin Shaver's preliminary hearing was rescheduled for the second time.
HUNTINGTON -- One of two men accused of robbing the Marquee Cinemas movie theater in Huntington was scheduled to be in court Thursday morning, but the hearing was postponed for the second time.
Dustin Shaver now is scheduled to appear in Cabell County magistrate court for his preliminary hearing on Nov. 9. Joshua Clark, a former employee at the theater, was in court last week and his case is set to go to a grand jury.
The theater has been robbed three times this year. Huntington police believe Shaver and Clark are responsible for at least two of those incidents.
