Putnam County magistrate sets bond for Justin Graham at $50,000.

WINFIELD -- The suspect in the armed robbery of a Gino's Pizza in Hurricane waived his preliminary hearing Wednesday.

Putnam County Magistrate Kim Blair set the bond for Justin Graham at $50,000. Graham asked for the bond to be lowered, but Blair refused. And she included another stipulation: If Graham is able to post bond, he is not allowed to step foot in a Gino's Pizza.

Graham is accused of holding up the Gino's in Hurricane on the morning of Oct. 28. Brandi Bird also is charged in the case.

Gino's manager Angie Davis resisted the robber by throwing a pizza and a leather case at him. Graham and Bird were arrested later that morning.
