Spill Causes Bridges to Close

Both bridges between Coal Grove, Ohio and Ashland, Ky. are closed.

COAL GROVE, Ohio -- Lawrence County 911 Dispatchers tell 13News a truck has spilled an unknown substance at the entrance/exit to the bridges between Coal Grove, Ohio and Ashland, Ky.

It happened around 9 a.m. Tuesday. They are not sure how long it will take to clean up the mess.

Coal Grove Fire Department, Upper Township Fire Department, Boyd County Fire Department and the Lawrence County Sheriff's Department all responded to the incident.
