MASSILLON, Ohio -- Charges were dropped today against the Steubenville Police Officer who was charged with punching a man at a Massillon, Ohio football game. Moray was in Massillon Muncipal Court today.

Veteran Officer Greg Moray was charged with disorderly conduct, but today in municipal court the misdemeanor four charge against him was dropped. The same charges were dropped against three others involved in the confrontation.

Moray was suspended from the force pending the outcome of the case. It's likely he will be allowed to return to work now that charges against him have been dropped.

No immediate response from Police Chief Bill McCafferty was available for comment.
