ST. CLAIRSVILLE, OHIO -- It's the third trial for a man accused of robbing the Brookeside Cash Advance in 2006.

Jury selection began Monday morning for the trial of 29-year-old Jerry Moore. It's been a long grueling day of waiting with jury selection taking six hours of the day.

Moore has been tried twice before, both trials ending in a hung jury.

Citizens for Justice protested the way the case has been handled, claiming the prosecution does not have enough evidence to convict Moore.

I believe three times is too much, I know nothing about this political agenda people are referring to though. I just think its too hard on everyone involved to put them through all of the trouble so many times. It takes them away from their jobs, families, and causes some people a lot of stress to re-live the whole experience over again, that being the state's witnesses and the defendant's family. I'm a firm believer in what comes around goes around. If the right person isn't properly prosecuted and put away, he will get what's coming to him someday, maybe not in this life but in the next. I just hope its all over soon and it will never have to be tried again no matter what the outcome.

Hang in there Jerry. Maybe one day the prosecutor will realize he should be working to protect us from the real law breakers and not waste time and money on what would seem to be a political favor for someone ......a counter suite may be in order for harassment.
