TAYLOR COUNTY -- An accident on Route 50 in Taylor County knocked out power Sunday afternoon.
It happened around 4:30 p.m.
Officials say a Chevy Trail Blazer went off the road, severed a utility pole, and rolled over an embankment.
The male driver was taken to United Hospital Center. His injuries are not known at this time.
The Taylor County Sheriff's Department is investigating.
Crews from Flemington and Bridgeport also responded.
