FAIRMONT -- The Fairmont police have arrested a man for an armed robbery at the High Life Lounge on East Park Avenue.
Roy Hillberry, 31 of Farmington, turned himself in, after a warrant was issued for his arrest
He was arraigned in magistrate court Monday afternoon.
The judge set his bond at $75,000 cash or surety.
The robbery happened July 15.
The police say Hillberry held an employee and one patron at gunpoint and demanded money.
The police say they used surveillance video to make the arrest. |
