All Images, Video and Audio files and other information submitted must be news related, or otherwise specifically solicited by West Virginia Media, LLC.

West Virginia Media, LLC will have complete discretion as to whether and how long an image is displayed on our Web sites, in print or on broadcast. We reserve the right to alter any image submitted.

The Image Author grants to West Virginia Media LLC, a perpetual non-exclusive, royalty-free and irrevocable right to place that Image on any West Virginia Media, LLC owned Web site or air it on any broadcast of a West Virginia Media LLC owned television station, or for publication in The State Journal.

By submitting an Image, the Image Author warrants to West Virginia Media LLC that: the Image Author has read and is bound by the terms of this Agreement; the Image Author is at least 14 years old; the Image Author owns and has the legal right to submit the Image to West Virginia Media LLC, and to grant to West Virginia Media LLC the rights to the Image described in this Agreement; the Image Author waives any rights of attribution, integrity or otherwise with respect to West Virginia Media LLC copying, publishing, displaying or otherwise utilizing the Image; and the Image Author recognizes that West Virginia Media LLC has no liability for any unauthorized use of the Image by third parties.
